    • Minnesota Historical Society
Like the Rockefeller Archive Center, The Minnesota Historical Society is one of only a handful of repositories in the nation that actively documents modern philanthropy. Particularly unusual is the Society's efforts to collect and preserve the records of philanthropic foundations. In addition, the Society's manuscript collections hold the records of other philanthropic and charitable organizations, and the papers of many individual philanthropists.
